About Movies
The Vail Valley offers a multitude of movie nights that are custom made for family fun. In the winter children can enjoy Dive in Movies at the Avon Rec Center and family-friendly movies at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in beaver Creek.
In the summer enjoy the Avon Lakeside Cinema, featuring favorite movies on the big screen, outside at Avon Lake, on the lawn. Take in a foreign film during the Beaver Creek Film Festival August-October or enjoy the acclaimed Vail Film Festival every spring, ion early April.
To see an upcoming blockbuster take the family to one of two local movie theaters, the Riverwalk theater in Edwards and the Eagle theater at Eagle Ranch.
